The holidays are complicated enough without having to track down 10 ingredients for a cocktail. Enough said. This little number is simple, tasty and filled with yuletide cheer. Xmas Helper is bright and red with just a touch of spice and vanilla. You may want to get the punch bowl ready and go big!

Xmas Helper

1 ounce Zaya Rum

.5 ounce Plantation Dark

.5 tsp Allspice Dram

2.5 ounces Pomegranate Cherry juice

1 Squeeze fresh Lime juice

Lime peel

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with 1 cup crushed ice. Twist a long piece of lime peel over shaker before adding peel to shaker. Shake very well and pour unstrained into your favorite tiki mug or large rocks glass. Garnish with lime curls. *the more Lime zest the better
