2 ounces Pineapple Infused Rum
.5 ounce Vanilla Liquor (French or Mexican options are best)
3 ounces Citrus Mix #1
.3 ounce Simple Syrup
Shake all ingredients lightly with crushed ice. Adjust sour/sweet balance to your taste with more simple syrup if needed. Pour into the fanciest damn vessel you have. A golden pineapple is perfect. Garnish with edible flowers on a skewer. Orchids, marigolds, pansies etc.
Citrus Mix #1
1 part Lime, 1 part Lemon and 2 parts Orange juices. Fresh squeezed. Make 12-16 ounces at time and keep in covered in the refrigerator for a few days until used up.
