Sunshine, our host and award-winning amateur mixologist, shares his recipes for the cocktails featured on Zen Tiki Lounge podcast. These drinks are delicious and the recipes are updated over time. They range from simple, to complex are often stronger than they appear.

Many people take the internet and all its resources for granted. It takes a lot of work and a lot of people to keep our networks and systems running smoothly in the background. All that work can certainly build a thirst for a refreshing cocktail. The GroundWork Ginger Cloud is dedicated to the fine folks at GroundWork.

GroundWork Ginger Cloud

1 ounce fresh Lemon Juice

1 ounce fresh Lime Juice

2 ounces fresh Orange Juice

2/3 ounce Simple Syrup

1 ounce Amaretto (Disaronno works well)

1.5 ounces Aged Demerara Rum (El Dorado or Lemon Hart)

.25 ounce Campari, about 10 drops

Top with Ginger Beer (Gosling's, Reed's or Bundaberg)

Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a tall zombie or pilsner glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel. Drink liberally over and over.
