Sunshine, our host and award-winning amateur mixologist, shares his recipes for the cocktails featured on Zen Tiki Lounge podcast. These drinks are delicious and the recipes are updated over time. They range from simple, to complex are often stronger than they appear.

Only true royalty or celebrity have a cocktail named in their honor. Which makes us wonder how our resident tiki bar psychic Campari Kraken managed to have his signature drink placed on the menus of so many fine establishments. This aperitif is best enjoyed before a large meal or flying carpet ride. CK as he does NOT like to be called often carries a chilled sippy cup of this concoction with him wherever he goes. Its bitter and sweet just like Campari Kraken himself. After imbibing three or four of these you will see your own psychic abilities start to appear.

Campari Kraken

1.5 ounces Kraken Rum

.5 ounce Campari

1 ounce Maraschino cherry juice from the jar

Squeeze of Lemon

1 dash Angostura bitters

Squeeze a lemon slice into a shaker with ice. Add all other ingredients. Shake well and strain into a chilled aperitif glass. Garnish with far too many cherries. The more flamboyant the glass the better. CK is known to eat the all of the bar cherries when your not looking.
